Can I apply from Singapore or other ASEAN countries?
Yes. Select your country in the form — all ten ASEAN members are listed, plus the US, UK, and Azerbaijan. If you live outside those options, choose Other and type your country. Everything is submitted online.
How is this different from a typical bank loan site?
ChainLend is a direct online application with upfront fees (0.01 ETH to apply; 1.5% loan fee only if approved) and payout to your Ethereum wallet. You can preview repayments first using the calculator.
Why is there an ETH application fee?
It covers processing and reduces spam. It is paid on Ethereum mainnet before approval. The 1.5% loan fee applies only if you receive a loan. Gas is separate.
What documents do I need?
Photo ID, selfie, proof of address, and a recent bank statement are required. You may add extra income proof optionally. Max 10MB per file.
How long until I hear back?
Typically within 1–3 business days after we match your documents and application fee. Check spam folders — we reply by email.
